5. Principles
Neomycin rapid test strips are based on the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. During the flow process, the neomycin in the sample binds to the neomycin-specific colloidal gold-labeled monoclonal antibody, which inhibits the binding of the antibody to the neomycin-BSA conjugate on the detection line of the NC membrane, causing the detection line to change. color. When no neomycin remains in the sample or the concentration is below the detection limit, the T line is deeper than the C line. When the concentration is at or above the detection limit, the T line is significantly lighter than the C line, or the T line has no color, or the T line is the same color as the C line. The C line will appear regardless of whether there is neomycin residue in the sample, indicating that the detection is valid.
6. Operating procedures
6.1 Please read the manual carefully before use. Return the test strip and sample to room temperature.
6.2 Take out the required bottle from the kit, take out the required microwell and test paper, and make a mark. Please use these test strips within 1 hour. For micropores that are not applicable, please seal the cap to avoid moisture.
6.3 Take 200ul of the sample to be tested in the microwell, absorb it 5 times, mix the sample with the reagent in the microwell, until the naked eye judges that there is no solid (this is a very important step).
6.4 (40±2℃) incubate for 3min, then insert the test paper into the microwell, and the “MAX” end is completely immersed in the mixed solution.
6.5 Insert the test strip into the microwell for 3 minutes to read the result, other time is invalid.

8. Matters needing attention
1) The test strip can only be used once at room temperature, do not use expired test strips.
2) After taking out the required test strips, please seal the bottle. If you cannot use all 8 microwells at once, put the remaining cups back into the bottle and seal, and store according to the correct storage method.
3) Do not touch the white film surface in the middle of the test card, avoid direct sunlight and direct fan blowing.
4) The milk sample should be completely liquid without any clumping and sedimentation.
5) Use the test strip again for a positive result.
9. Specificity
Tests 500ppb sulfonamides, quinolones and tetracyclines. All results were negative.
10. Storage and expiration date
Storage: 2-8 ℃ dark, sealed, dry place, not frozen.
